This project was to refurbish and develop two sites 28-30 and 43-44 Hoxton Square to extend and enhance the campus offices of Aviva Plc and their relocation to the  Shoreditch conservation area in London.

The small site was overhauled and redesigned to ensure flexible occupancy, developing office culture, in keeping with brand criteria and Avia's operational value.

We were tasked was to coordinate the design of the MEPH to deliver a clean exposed services install that was in keeping with the industrial themes that were key to the interior themes of the building and in keeping with the Shoreditch warehouse feel.

Key tasks involved coordinating services regarding lighting, tray management, lighting control, fire alarm and security, wireless access points and fire strategy plans within the building and keeping the ceilings clear of excessing building services routes.
