Aptly named the 'Barngalow' by our client, Ridgeback Consultants, Round Tree Farm is a brand new build in rural Surrey.
We were appointed to undertake the Architectural design for Stages 1-3, providing proposed plans, sections and elevations for the use of planning permission, 3D Rendering and subsequent construction programme.
Challenges included working heights for bedrooms where an existing barn was to be retained and using the space with pocket activities, seating or art displays. We developed the original concept design to maximise the use of the spaces' adjacencies and dependencies to each other, ensuring both client needs were met throughout the design process.
