CAT-A Refurbishment _Â 391sqm _Â RIBA Stage 0-7_Â Duration: 18Â Weeks
Our client from 44 Paul Street, invited us back to take on a similar scheme for 71 Kingsway, Holborn.
Spread over two floors, both the 6th and 4th floor required a complete strip out and replaced with new decorative finishes, new raised access floor, common parts refurbishment. The 6th Floor required a new roof lantern installation and repair, to tie the scheme together we matched the colour for the lantern to the light fittings creating a modern feel to the space with added character.
