Bell & Colvill relocation required the development of a fully working maintenance and services garage to service and maintain high-end sports cars and proudly display models in a flexible showroom.
The scheme consisted of 11 services bays, MOT Area, client waiting areas, showroom, office facilities break-out space, storage areas, separate delivery entrances, and store.
We developed the architectural design and coordinated the interior design as well as collaborating with the garage team to ensure the cars would have the correct turning circles and able to be serviced using specific McLaren and Lotus car lifts. We also assisted the interior design in designing the showroom to equally portray and allow the display of both McLaren and Lotus engines receptivity creating a theme that complicated each brand.
