CAT-B Refurbishment _ 1338sqm _ RIBA Stage 0-7_ Duration: 12 Weeks
An established client appointed us to undertake the CA B refurbishment of 5 floors at 52 Princess Gate Business School Hub for Imperial College London.
The Grade Ii listed buidling and had some unique architectural elements that required careful consideration in the overall scheme. We worked closely with the client to apply soft touches to bring the space up to modern standards to encourage students to utilise the space, incorporating business school ethos and corporate schemes and paying homage to the building's historical details.
